The shipping terms and conditions are as follows:
- All Orders are processed with 2-3 business days.
- All deliveries are shipped through local trucking services.
- Delivery shall be made to a dock level (if available), or to the curbside only, with a tailgate.
- Drivers are not responsible to deliver the equipment inside the building premises. The customer has to make own arrangements to take the equipment inside the building.
- Please open the crate and inspect the equipment for any visible damage, especially the clay portion, before the driver leaves your premises, as the insurance is covered only if the driver signs off any damaged product.
- 30 minutes of free time is available to inspect the equipment, thereafter waiting time at the rate of $75 per hour is applied.
- You shall be intimated 1 day before delivery by email or phone, so that arrangements to receive shipment can be completed.
